The Church of S. Maria dell'Orto is located in Via Anicia n. 10. It can be easily reached from the Roma Termini railway station by bus line H to Piazza Belli, by bus n. 75 to via Tavolacci (Palace of the exams) or by bus 40 express or 64 to Largo di Torre Argentina and then by tram n. 8 to piazza Mastai.

The church's opening hours are from 10 to 18 on weekdays. Saturday until 1pm. Closed on Monday morning, Wednesday afternoon and only civil holidays. Contingent needs could also cause sudden closures, so it's always best to call ahead to make sure the church is open.

Sundays and religious holidays limited opening to the Holy Mass at 11 am therefore visits are not allowed during the sacred function. There are no celebrations during the week.
